This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage offered by Apple Solution on products and services sold or repaired by us.

1) Warranty Coverage

Apple Solution provides warranty coverage only as specified at the time of sale or service. Warranty periods may vary depending on:

  • Brand/manufacturer
  • Service or repair performed

Warranty details will be communicated verbally, on the invoice, or in writing.

2) What Is Covered

Warranty may cover:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware faults under normal usage
  • Repair workmanship performed by Apple Solution

Coverage applies only under normal use conditions.

3) What Is NOT Covered

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, dents, liquid damage)
  • Power surges, electrical faults, or improper charging
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Software issues, data loss, or viruses
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accessories unless stated otherwise

4) Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, customers must:

  • Present the original invoice/receipt
  • Provide the product for inspection
  • Report the issue within the applicable warranty period

Apple Solution reserves the right to inspect and verify warranty eligibility before approving any claim.

5) Repair & Replacement

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Apple Solution may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product or faulty component
  • Offer an alternative of equal value

No cash refunds will be provided under warranty unless legally required.

6) Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up all data before submitting devices for repair or warranty service. Apple Solution is not responsible for data loss during repair or replacement.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple Solution shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Damages beyond the original purchase value of the product/service

8) Policy Changes

Apple Solution reserves the right to modify this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will apply to future transactions.
