Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

- Power surges, electrical faults, or improper charging
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software issues, data loss, or viruses
- Normal wear and tear
- Accessories unless stated otherwise
4) Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, customers must:
- Present the original invoice/receipt
- Provide the product for inspection
- Report the issue within the applicable warranty period
Apple Solution reserves the right to inspect and verify warranty eligibility before approving any claim.
5) Repair & Replacement
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Apple Solution may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product or faulty component
- Offer an alternative of equal value
No cash refunds will be provided under warranty unless legally required.
6) Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before submitting devices for repair or warranty service. Apple Solution is not responsible for data loss during repair or replacement.
7) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple Solution shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Damages beyond the original purchase value of the product/service
