Returns Policy

We hope you’re satisfied with your order. If you notice any malfunction or manufacturing fault in a product you purchased, you may request a return for exchange, subject to the policy below.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer service team:

Our team will guide you through the return steps. If you are returning the item via courier, please:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  • Include the purchase invoice

  • Send it to the address provided by our customer service team (upon request)

Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.

Refunds / Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange or return request. Please allow up to 7 days from the date we receive your item for processing.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Phone Covers
